In the past, the only way to visualize plant floor data on the shop floor was to use expensive Andon boards, digital displays or scrolling marquees. These are all very expensive and are often inflexible means of presenting data. They also require specialized programming and configuration to set up and maintain.
Instant Andon solves all of these problems with a powerful, yet simple-to-use solution. With the use of inexpensive plasma monitors, LCD displays or projectors, huge, color graphics images can be displayed in the office or shop floor.
